dear customers,
i must say that zaza company is not ethical at all. maybe you can trust it in France but we don’t think the same here in Myanmar. none of the workers receive decent salary. zaza company is bargaining for every items you see on the site and does not care about how long or how hard people ‘re working. maybe they think that few dollars a day are enough. but ethical business is not about survival, it is about to provide a decent life to workers. but here zaza company offer only survival. you can check yourself in Yangon what i write, everybody will say the same. i work in bogyoke market for zaza and i see how they’re working. i can tell you that the money you pay for a bag will not go to burmese people, but only to zaza company. it’s a shame that some people can use the word ethical so easily just because customers can’t check. ask me for any details and i’ll give you.
please, think twice before you buy zaza product. burmese people’re not slaves.
